Stir in 2 cups of cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
1/3 cup of coconut milk
green curry paste, 2 teaspoons, and 1/2 cup of chicken broth

Here are the steps:
Turn the oven on high heat (375°F, 190°C).
The vegetable oil should be heated in a big skillet over medium heat. Cook, stirring occasionally, for two to three minutes, or until the garlic is aromatic and the onion has softened.
Cook, stirring regularly, for an additional one to two minutes after adding the green curry paste to the pan.
After 2 or 3 minutes, add the diced bell pepper and continue cooking until it becomes slightly softened.

Heat up the lime juice, fish sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, green peas, and shredded chicken in a skillet. Coat thoroughly to blend. Stirring occasionally, bring the mixture to a simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until a minor thickening of the sauce occurs. Add salt and pepper as desired.
Take the pan off the stove and let aside to cool for a bit.
Line a pie plate with the rolled-out pie dough. After you have made the pie crust, pour in the green curry chicken filling.
Apply a second layer of pie crust on top of the first, sealing it with a crimp. To release the steam, make a few cuts in the top crust.
To get a golden crust and a bubbly filling, pop the pie into a preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
